Waxing Services
Is waxing painful?
You may feel a quick sting, but our gentle wax and experienced estheticians make it as comfortable as possible.
How should I prepare for my waxing appointment?
Hair should be at least ¼ inch long. Exfoliate the day before and avoid lotions/oils the day of.
How long do results last?
Typically 3–4 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle.
Can I wax during my period?
Yes, just wear a tampon or cup. Keep in mind skin can be more sensitive during this time.
What areas do you wax?
We offer full-body waxing including face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, Brazilian, back, and chest.
Will waxing make hair grow back thicker?
No, it actually grows back finer and softer over time.
Is it okay to wax if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, we use gentle formulas and can apply calming post-wax care.
What’s the difference between bikini, full bikini, and Brazilian?
Bikini: clean-up on the sides.
Full bikini: more removed, but not everything.
Brazilian: full removal front to back.
Can I wax if I’m pregnant?

What type of massages do you offer?
We offer Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy.
How long are your massage sessions?
Typically 30, 60, or 90 minutes—customizable to your needs.
What’s the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?
Swedish is relaxing with light to medium pressure. Deep tissue targets muscle tension with firm pressure.
Can I ask for more or less pressure during the massage?
Absolutely! We customize each massage to your comfort level.
Should I eat before my massage?
A light snack is fine, but avoid heavy meals right before your session.
What should I wear?
You’ll be covered with a sheet, and only the area being treated will be exposed. Your comfort comes first.
Are massages safe during pregnancy?
We currently do not offer prenatal massage, but can recommend a trusted provider.
Do you offer RMT massages for insurance claims?
At this time, we do not offer Registered Massage Therapy (RMT).
Can I combine a massage with other spa services?

How often should I get a facial?

What’s the difference between classic and volume lashes?
Classic = 1 extension per lash.
Volume = 2–6 lightweight fans per lash for a fuller look.
Are lash extensions safe?

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No, as long as they’re applied and removed properly.
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
